Andrew is a leadership and mindfulness consultant. He has 25 years experience of Senior Leadership and 6 years experience of integrating mindfulness into teams. Andrew has seen how mindfulness is a key tool to enabling us to all achieve our equality, diversity and inclusion aims.
His pragmatic and engaging approach to training enables him to demystify mindfulness for those who are new to the subject and link mindfulness to
these essential goals. Andrew is the author of ‘Organisational Mindfulness – a how to guide’ (2019) and is the Co-Director of BAMBA (the UK’s mindfulness accreditation body).
