RACE EQUALITY WEEK 2023: 6-12TH FEBRUARY 2023
Race Equality Week is a UK-wide initiative uniting thousands of organisations and individuals to address race equality barriers in the workplace.

The events of 2020, including the Black Lives Matter movement and the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on ethnic minority communities, has heightened public consciousness of race inequality.

A CATALYST FOR ONGOING CHANGE
Now there is a need to galvanise and maximise impact through a nationwide collaboration for real change.

Race Equality Week unites employees, focuses senior leaders and encourages them to continue their activity and drive race equality all year long.

With over 3500 organisations signed up in 2022, 2023 it is set to be bigger and better.

We are calling organisations large and small across the UK to take part and this event is designed to help you start planning your activity.

During the interactive session, you will:
1. Learn more about Race Equality Week, its role in tackling race inequality and how your organisation can get involved
2. Hear about this years theme
2. Hear about impactful solutions that you can implement during the week
3. Share and explore ideas with like-minded members of the Race Equality Matters community

You will leave with a toolkit of ideas and solutions to help you build your plans for Race Equality Week.
