HR Heroes – Just For One Day?
HR Professionals are at the forefront of the post-Covid world of work, so we are celebrating our HR Heroes, even if it’s just for one day!
Held on Tuesday 1st November 2022 and hosted in partnership with the Ordnance Survey in their HQ near Southampton, Liberty HR Recruitment has drawn together some fantastic people to help celebrate what HR Leaders have achieved – and continue to achieve – in the post-Covid world of work.
We all know how the workplace and employee experience has altered since the pandemic and that, as HR professionals, we are all at the forefront of the ‘new normal’. So our conference theme of ‘Heroes For One Day’ draws on these threads, aiming to offer a supportive and celebratory flavour to our day together.
We will hear, amongst other things, about what the Ordnance Survey is doing to achieve a more purposeful culture; we will hear about ‘Cultural Intelligence’ in the workplace; there will be a session on diversity in relation to visual impairment and accessibility; there will be a ‘Question Time’ session with a panel of leading HR experts and a number of breakout groups throughout the day and much, much more!
Featuring:
Hazel Hendley – Director of People at Ordnance Survey
Rob Neil OBE – Director at Krystal Alliance
Perry Timms – Founder and Chief Energy Officer of PTHR
Kathryn Ward – People Director at Guide Dogs For The Blind Association
Tickets are £15.
