Developed for forward-looking organisations, and professionals who want to become wise leaders of change, the new Masters (MA) in People and Organisation Development delivers a fresh approach to change management. The three-year, part-time course blends immersive residentials with online learning delivered by world-leading faculty, in partnership with the University of Chichester. “The creation of this Masters has been a long-held ambition of Mayvin, it represents an evolution in Organisation Development learning, delivered within a vibrant community and accessed in a way that’s relevant to both employers and professionals, now and well into the future”.
