The Secret Resume - Rob Neil OBE - 'Involve to Evolve'

Melody Moore of Liberare Consulting talks to Rob Neil OBE in the Secret Resume, discussing his 38 years in the UK Civil Service, where (among many things) he was a founding member of the MoJ’s BAME staff network and was asked to lead the MoJ’s Project Race.

In 2021 Rob left to start his own consultancy Krystal Alliance which aims to support organisations to be more inclusive.

Rob was included in HR Magazine’s list of fifty ‘Most Influential Thinkers’ and in 2022 he made the d&I leaders international ‘inspirational leaders’ list. He also co-wrote his first book ‘The Key to Inclusion’ in 2022 and co-presents a fortnightly podcast called ‘Unfinished Business with Paul and Rob’
